Payment for all surgical procedures is requested a minimum of two weeks in advance to secure your date. Dr Fortin accepts cash or certified cheque as payment.
Consultation fee is $125.00
Payments are $1,500 at the time of booking to secure the date and remainder due 4 weeks prior to surgery. HST of 13% is added to the fee
All aspects of breast reconstructive for cancer patients are covered by The Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). Residents of Canada do not pay for reconstruction surgery to improve function. OHIP will cover the cost of consultation, all investigations and surgery.
Cosmetic surgical procedures are not considered to be insured services and payment is the responsibility of the patient. Fees quoted from our office include all relevant costs including, surgical fees, anesthesia, day surgery facility fees, nursing fees, implants, garments as required and taxes. The fees for aesthetic surgery will vary depending upon the exact procedure that you undergo.
